Thanks so much for your words.  Always good to hear things again.  One thing that curiously has worked for us , is really going back to our roots and (re)defining who we are and what we stand for.  Then every time I want to buy a product for the store we ask. &quot; Is this us?  Does this reinforce who we are?  Or does it disguise or confuse our identity?&quot;....That way everything in the store reinforces everything else......it&#039;s giving us a stronger presence in our market.
